In Memoriam of PAWS Board Member, Jessica Wiget Goggins

Many of you know that Jessica Goggins, one of our Board members and PIP team members, lost her short but courageous battle against cancer in April 2016. She was a young wife and new mother and we are deeply saddened by this heart breaking loss.  She had a great love for animals and was a passionate advocate for them. She made a very positive impact in the animal rescue community. She was a Licensed Veterinary Technician and a member of the PIP Team (Pets in Peril) where she dedicated countless hours caring for and saving animals. In her short life, Jessica left happy and cherished memories with everyone she met. Jessica saw the good in everyone and was an inspiration to many. Those of us whose lives Jessica touched are honored to have known her.  We will miss her deeply.
